By accessing or using the services provided by Owlbot ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We charge you for access to the product in monthly and yearly plans. Due to the nature of our product, we currently do not offer refunds, either partial or in full. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time you like. We will no longer charge you anything once you cancel your subscription. We may change our pricing, pricing policies, features and access restrictions at any time
We may send you emails related to your account and the product you are using. You can opt out of some of them in your account settings. We will also send you occasional emails with recommendations that you can opt out of as well.
We reserve the right to change / amend the policy at any time. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.
In addition to these Terms, the use of and access to the generative AI models made available through Owlbot (“Generative AI Services”) are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the owners of these models. By using these models, you agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions as specified, which can be found on the Model Cards associated with each model.
Content generated through the Owlbot Services, including User Data, will remain your property. "User Data" encompasses all content generated by the Generative AI Services in response to a Prompt, including Outputs, your Prompts, and any Training Data provided by you. "Prompts" are instructions, queries, or textual cues you provide to generate an Output. "Training Data" consists of user-supplied data used for fine-tuning or customizing models, which may include textual, visual, and/or multimedia data. Owlbot will use Training Data solely to perform the Generative AI Services for you and does not retain Prompts, Outputs, or your Training Data on its servers after the service is provided.
You are solely responsible for the Prompts you provide and the Outputs generated. Ensure you own all required rights to your Prompts under applicable law and use them in a legally compliant manner. Do not use the Generative AI Services to generate or utilize Outputs that infringe upon intellectual property rights, third-party rights, or applicable laws. You retain all rights, including intellectual property rights, to your Prompts. You grant Owlbot a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Prompts and Training Data solely to perform the Generative AI Services.
Owlbot assigns to you any intellectual property rights it may hold in the Outputs generated from your Prompts. This assignment is global and lasts for the entire legal term of the intellectual property rights. However, you are prohibited from using the Outputs to reverse engineer any aspect of the Generative AI Services.
You acknowledge that Generative AI Services may produce Outputs similar to those of other users if similar Prompts are used. Owlbot does not guarantee that Outputs will be unique and is not liable if your Output resembles another user's. Generative AI Services are provided without any warranty regarding the Outputs' accuracy or quality. You acknowledge the inherent unpredictabilities in the Outputs due to the complex and evolving nature of the technology.
The Generative AI Services may produce Outputs that are inaccurate or offensive. Owlbot does not endorse these Outputs. You are encouraged to use discretion and not rely on Outputs for professional advice. If you provide feedback on the Outputs, you grant Owlbot a permanent, non-exclusive right to use your feedback to improve the Services. Implement appropriate moderation mechanisms to ensure Outputs are safe and appropriate.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Outputs do not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illicit content. Owlbot strongly advises against using Outputs for unlawful purposes or to cause harm. By using Owlbot's Generative AI Services, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for monitoring and managing the use of Outputs according to these guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
