1. **Monthly Subscriptions**: If you are not satisfied with our service and wish to cancel your monthly subscription. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time you like. However, we do not offer refunds for the time you have already used.
3. **Custom Plans**: For custom plans, please refer to the contract or agreement signed at the beginning of the service term.
